I never understood chocolate shakes for weight loose. Surely it can't be good for those that love chocolate heaps. It was pretty good really for a diet thing so it might not be too hard to live one!

Chocolate shake dinner
Tonight's dinner is a chocolate shake (optifast). The rest of the family had takeaway from the local fish and chip shop. (so local I can see it from my bedroom).
I never understood chocolate shakes for weight loose. Surely it can't be good for those that love chocolate heaps. It was pretty good really for a diet thing so it might not be too hard to live one!

Have you tried any other flavours yet? I think I'll start with the multipack so I can test drive some of the flavours.
ReplyDeleteThough I've noticed OptiSlim have individual sachets and I think more flavours. Wish OF had the same deal.
I haven't tried any others yet, I am waiting on a delivery from mychemistonline??? I think! I got the multipack of shakes coming and some soups etc. so will try all of the other flavours. I hear strawberry is good!
